These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the rights and obligations of the customer (hereinafter: Buyer) using the electronic commerce services provided by Pihepets Kft. (registered office: 1089 Bp., Orczy út 12., tax number: 25481819-2-02, hereinafter: Pihepets).

1. General information

1.1 These GTC apply to all legal transactions of sale initiated by the Buyer by placing an online order from the Pihepets Internet Store (hereinafter: store).

Shopping in the store is possible via the Internet (online), by placing the selected product(s) in the cart and completing the ordering process. Orders placed online are recorded by Pihepets customer service, and in each case a confirmation is sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The subsequent purchase process and the conditions applicable to orders placed in this way are the same as those for orders placed online, and therefore these GTC apply to them as well.

1.2 You can browse the store freely, without registration. Anyone who has valid data and accepts the terms of these GTC is entitled to shop in the store.

1.3 The product data, photos, and descriptions in the store are the property of Pihepets, therefore their mass collection, saving, and storage are only possible with the prior written permission of Pihepets.

1.4 Within a few minutes after placing the order, our system sends the Buyer an automatic confirmation letter of receipt of the order, but this does not yet constitute a contract. The contract is concluded when Pihepets confirms the order in a second letter or notifies the Buyer by phone of the acceptance of their order.

The contract concluded between the parties in Hungarian regarding the purchase of the goods online is considered a written contract, which is electronically filed by Pihepets. and retained for 5 years after its creation. The filed contract can also be viewed by the Buyer during this retention period in the store after logging in, in the “Order Tracking” menu item.

1.5 Order fulfillment time: Depending on the stock, the actual fulfillment time is 5-7 days, but the Buyer will be informed about this by e-mail.

1.6 Prices: The prices indicated in the store are valid gross consumer prices. After confirmation, the total amount to be paid for the order does not change. However, even with the greatest care, it may happen that due to a technical error, an incorrect price that is significantly different from the market price appears in our store. In such a case, we will contact you by e-mail for consultation before sending the goods. Such orders are not considered valid, and Pihepets is not liable for any resulting damages.

2. Registration, data protection

2.1 When placing orders, the Buyer can decide whether to purchase with or without registration. When purchasing without registration, the store only asks for the minimum data necessary to complete the order (billing data, shipping data). When purchasing without registration, no registered customer is created in the store's system, so repeated purchases are not linked to a specific person. The disadvantage of this ordering method for the Buyer is that he cannot use the store's services that are provided exclusively to registered users. When purchasing with a registered purchase, it is sufficient to provide the billing data (name, address, shipping address), as well as a real e-mail address and telephone number for contact information necessary to complete the order. 2.2 The store stores and keeps the Buyer's data and order data in a protected, secure database, but does not provide them to third parties, except if the third party participates in the fulfillment of the order during the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. courier service). If the Buyer receives a written request to delete the buyer's data, they will be deleted from the store's database. The data will be used in accordance with the data protection regulations.

2.3 Forgotten password: You can use our password reminder function to request that your password be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration. In such a case, we recommend that you change your password after logging in.

3. Browsing the store

3.1 The product range of our store is pet food, litter and other additional products related to pet keeping. Our company strives to provide the maximum range in each product category. Our range is updated and expanded daily, and discontinued products are removed from the store.

3.2 You can select our products by category or use our search engine, where we list the products in our range by entering one or more keywords.

4. Placing an order

4.1 The products you wish to order must be collected in a virtual basket. The products can be placed in the basket by clicking on the basket icon or the “add to basket” text. The ordered quantity can be modified in the small white box before clicking on the basket.

4.2 After that, on the basket screen, you can decide whether to search for other products in our store by clicking on the “buy more products” text, or to place your order by clicking on the “Continue to order” text.

4.3 At this point – if you have not done so during your browsing so far – you must register, or if you are already a registered customer, you must log in to our store.

4.4 In the basket header, we have indicated with numbers the number of steps in the order, and also where the Customer is in the purchase process on the given screen. Selecting the delivery methods is the next step in the basket.

4.5 Payment methods: Direct bank transfer: transfer the exact amount to the specified account number, in the message please always include the order number received at the end of the order. The product will be prepared within 12 hours of receipt of the amount, and will be handed over to the courier on the following working day. Attention! Orders placed on weekends will be processed at 10 am on Monday at the earliest. Cash on delivery: The order amount must be paid to the courier service. The cost of cash on delivery is 750 HUF. SimplePay bank card payment: Bank card payment method via the SimplePay website. If the order amount exceeds 30,000 HUF, then only SimplePay bank card payment is possible as a payment method. If the order fails to be received due to the buyer's error or omission, then only direct bank transfer or SimplePay bank card payment is possible for the next order.

4.6 Collection methods, shipping costs:

Personal collection: we provide the opportunity to collect the products in person MONDAY-WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY between 12:00-15:00 and TUESDAY-THURSDAY between 7:00-12:30, at 1103 Budapest, Örmény utca 30. Please note that only collection is possible at the given address, payment on site is not possible, neither by bank card nor in cash, only advance payment or online payment by bank card is possible.

MPL home delivery: convenient and simple package collection option, either at your home or at another address (e.g. at work). On the day of delivery, the MPL delivery person will call you by phone to tell you when the package is expected to arrive at the given address. If the first delivery is unsuccessful, MPL will automatically try the delivery again on the next business day. You can even pay the cash on delivery amount with a bank card at most delivery companies.

MPL Posta delivery: nearly 3,000 post offices nationwide allow you to choose the most suitable one for you. You can collect your ordered packages at any post office during opening hours. You will be notified of the arrival of the shipment by SMS or e-mail, and you can pay the cash on delivery amount by bank card or in cash.

GLS courier service: a convenient and simple option for receiving packages, either at your home or at another address (e.g. at work). If the delivery of the shipment fails the first time, the courier service will make a second, free delivery attempt. The second delivery will take place no later than the fifth business day after the first delivery attempt. There is no possibility of a third attempt, after the second delivery attempt fails, the package will be automatically returned to the Customer by the courier service.

Delivery within Hungary takes place within 3-7 days after the order is placed.

5. Withdrawal, Warranty, Exchange

Withdrawal: the buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The buyer may withdraw from the contract in any case in writing by sending an e-mail to info@brizlo.hu. In order to exercise this right, all of the following conditions must be met: the product(s) were not used or opened - Otherwise, we cannot take back the product(s). However, the Seller may demand compensation for damage resulting from improper use of the product. Pihepets is obliged to refund the price of the product within 14 days after the package is returned. The refund will be made exclusively by bank transfer. The Buyer bears the costs incurred in returning the product due to exercising the right of withdrawal (Return shipping costs). The Buyer is not charged any other costs.

Warranty: In which cases can you exercise your warranty rights? In the event of defective performance by Pihepets Kft. 4, you may assert a warranty claim against the enterprise in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. What rights do you have based on your warranty claim? You may - at your choice - exercise the following warranty claims: You may request repair or replacement, unless the fulfillment of the claim you have chosen from these is impossible or would entail disproportionate additional costs for the enterprise compared to the fulfillment of your other claim. If you did not request or could not request repair or replacement, you may request a proportionate reduction in the consideration or you may repair the defect yourself at the enterprise's expense or have it repaired by someone else or - as a last resort - you may withdraw from the contract. You may also transfer your chosen warranty right to another one, but you will bear the cost of the transfer, unless it was justified or the enterprise gave reason for it. Within what period can you assert your warranty claim? You are obliged to notify the defect immediately after its discovery, but no later than within two months of the discovery of the defect. However, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you can no longer assert your warranty rights beyond the two-year limitation period from the performance of the contract. In the case of a used item, this period is.....5, but no more than one year. Against whom can you assert your warranty claim? You can assert your warranty claim against the company. What other conditions are there for asserting your warranty rights? There are no other conditions for asserting your warranty claim within six months of the performance, other than the notification of the defect, if you prove that the product or service was provided by the company .... 6. A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of its release or if it does not have the properties specified in the description given by the manufacturer. Within what time limit can you enforce your product warranty claim? You can enforce your product warranty claim within two years of the product being released on the market by the manufacturer. After this time limit, you lose this right. Against whom and under what other conditions can you enforce your product warranty claim? You can only exercise your product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You must prove the defect of the product in the event of a product warranty claim. In what cases is the manufacturer (distributor) exempted from its product warranty obligation? The manufacturer (distributor) is exempted from its product warranty obligation only if it can prove that: - the product was not manufactured or placed on the market as part of its business activities, or - the defect was not recognizable at the time of placing on the market according to the state of science and technology, or - the defect in the product results from the application of a law or mandatory official regulation. The manufacturer (distributor) only needs to prove one reason to be exempted. Please note that you cannot assert a warranty claim for the same defect and a product warranty claim at the same time, in parallel. However, if your product warranty claim is successfully asserted, you may assert a warranty claim for the replaced product or repaired part against the manufacturer.
