YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase after placing the order, but before delivery. In this case, the buyer has no payment obligation due to the cancellation. You can cancel by e-mail, telephone, in writing, or in person.

The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 of Government Decree 17/1999. (ii.5.) on distance contracts.

The buyer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal before using the goods! The returned goods must not be damaged or used, except for the generally acceptable, necessary minimum of use, such as trying on and examining the product. The returned product must include the paper hang tag on the product and the original packaging.
If the returned goods are damaged, incomplete, used, dirty or hairy, Brizlo may refuse a refund and offer to return the product at the Sender's expense.

Please always include the original invoice with the product.

The buyer bears the costs incurred in returning the goods due to exercising the right of withdrawal; we are unable to accept packages sent on delivery!

In case of a refund request, the refund of the purchase price will only be made by bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the buyer or to the account from which the card payment was made. To do this, please enter the bank account number and the name associated with the account in the Order Request Notes. In the case of foreign orders, we also request the bank name, IBAN and SWIFT code.

In the event of the buyer's withdrawal, the price of the goods will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

RETURN PROCESS

You can report and track the product return process online. After logging in, using the email address you used when ordering, you can access the MY ORDERS page under the My Account menu by clicking on the appropriate order.

If you are within the return period, you can DELETE the product(s) you would like to return on the left side of the table of ordered products.
If necessary, do not forget to enter your bank details in the text field below the table. You will start the process by clicking the Return Request button. We will confirm your return request within 24 hours of submission and attach your free shipping label, you will also be notified of this by email, and it will also be available for download in your profile within the given order.

Preparing a return package

1. Put the product back in its original packaging. (If the original packaging is damaged, torn or has already been thrown away, please use another bag or packaging material, the main thing is to pack it precisely, try to use the full space, the box should be a maximum of 5-5 cm larger than the product).

2. It is important that you include the original invoice in the packaging.
We sent you the invoice as an email attachment, but if you ordered as a registered customer, you can also find it in your account among the order details.

3. Seal the package.

4. Please print and attach the PRE-FILLED RETURN LABEL to the package you wish to return.

You can find the PRE-FILLED RETURN LABEL on the above-mentioned page under the Download Return Label button. Print it out and stick it on the box.

We are unable to accept packages sent in a manner other than the above.

Arrival of the package

We will check the condition of the returned product(s) within 1-3 business days of receipt and notify you by email. The price of the goods will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days, to the bank account number provided or to the account from which the card payment was made.
