1. ORGANIZER OF THE DRAWING COMPETITION:
The organizer of the drawing competition is Pihepets Kft. (headquarters: 1089 Budapest, Orczy út 12., company registration number: 01-09-387984, tax number: 25481819-2-42), the owner of the Brizlo brand.

2. PERSONAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAWING COMPETITION:
Persons living in Hungary with a Hungarian residence may participate in the competition, who fully comply with all the conditions set out in this Regulation and who are not subject to any exclusion from the Competition.

Only kindergarten and elementary school children may participate in the competition according to the age categories specified.

Age groups:

1. Kindergarten children: 4-6 years old
2. Lower elementary school I.: 7-9 years old
3. Lower elementary school II.: 10-12 years old

One of the conditions of the competition is that the child and/or their immediate family must have a puppy.

3. MATERIAL CONDITIONS OF THE DRAWING COMPETITION
To participate in the competition, the parent/guardian or legal representative must have a valid email address. Each child may participate with only one drawing.

The parent/guardian or legal representative indicates their intention to participate in the drawing competition by submitting the drawing and thereby participates in the competition.

The drawing can be made using the following techniques: pencil, felt-tip pen, paint, crayon, pen, watercolor, mixed techniques, etc., except for drawings made in electronic form. The drawing must be at least A5 size.

The organizer does not provide drawing tools for the competition.

There is no entry fee to participate in the Drawing Competition.

4. HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE DRAWING COMPETITION
Primarily by filling out the form on the https://brizlo.hu/pages/brizlo-rajzverseny page.

Or the parent/guardian or legal representative of the applicant must send the following to the email address info@brizlo.hu from their email address:

• a photo or scanned PDF of the child’s drawing
• their full name and email address
• phone contact information
• the legal representative’s child’s name
• the child’s date of birth
• the child’s age group according to the competition classification
• the child’s kindergarten group
• the pet’s name
• parental consent statement

The drawing must include the child’s first name and the pet’s name. Joining the Competition is possible throughout the entire duration of the competition.

During the prize draw period, a maximum of one drawing per child may be entered into the competition.

5. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
Start: April 25, 2025.
End of submission period: May 25, 2025.
Voting deadline: May 31, 2025, midnight.
Announcement of results: June 2, 2025.
Place of announcement: Brizlo Facebook page

6. THEME AND DEFINITION OF THE DRAWING COMPETITION
Pihepets Kft. announces a drawing competition for kindergarten and elementary school children living in Hungary with a Hungarian residence or place of stay, titled “Draw your dog in dog clothes.”

Only hand-made, drawn, painted entries may be submitted to the drawing competition. The organizer automatically excludes electronic drawings.

By submitting their entry, the Applicant guarantees that the submitted entry is their own creation and does not infringe on the copyrights, usage rights, or other rights of others. The drawing must not contain any content or depiction that is unlawful, endangers minors, is morally offensive, infringes on the interests of third parties, or is otherwise inappropriate.

If the Drawing Competition rules do not regulate any issue related to the competition, the relevant provisions of the applicable Hungarian laws shall apply.

7. PROCEDURE OF THE DRAWING COMPETITION
The submitted drawings will be published by the Organizer in a separate folder on their own Facebook page (facebook.hu/brizlo), provided the entry complies with the Competition Rules.

Please note that the child’s first name will be displayed publicly on the page. Voting on the pictures in the Organizer’s folder can be done via Facebook reactions (like, heart, hug). Please note that negative Facebook reactions (laugh, angry, sad) will be deducted from the total reaction count.

Reactions are only counted on the pictures in the Organizer’s folder; reactions on shared posts, private or public profiles, or group posts do NOT count.

The creators of the three drawings with the most reactions will receive a prize. Additionally, the Organizer will select one special prize winner.

8. PRIZES

1. The creators of the picture with the most reactions in each category are entitled to select one dog outfit each from the www.brizlo.hu website.

2. Each winner will receive a unique, crocheted dog as a gift based on a photo of their own puppy. (The breed of the dog influences the crochet, as certain breeds cannot be technically crocheted).

3. An official photo of each winner and their dog will be taken by photographer Bettina Németh (https://nemethbettifoto.hu/) in a studio, which will be provided to the winners in digital format after retouching. This can be arranged individually with the photographer in advance.

In addition, the Organizer will announce one special prize winner per category, who will be entitled to the same prizes.

• Kindergarten children: 4-6 years old
• Lower elementary school I.: 7-9 years old
• Lower elementary school II.: 10-12 years old

9. DELIVERY OF PRIZES
The Organizer will contact the winners by email. The winner’s parent or guardian must provide the personal data necessary for delivery, the name and size of the selected dog outfit. The size selection can be assisted by the measurement guide available on www.brizlo.hu. Additionally, please attach a photo of your pet, as a handmade crocheted dog will also be gifted, made individually based on the photo.

For home delivery, UPS courier service or Hungarian Post (Magyar Posta Zrt.) can be chosen. It is also possible to request the prize to be sent to a Foxpost or Packeta parcel point; in this case, please provide the location of the locker.

The winner is not entitled to receive the prize if:

• they do not respond to the notification message within 3 working days or cannot be contacted for any reason;
• it can be clearly proven that the entry was not created by them;
• the entry violates the law or infringes on the rights or legitimate interests of others;
• they violate any point of these participation rules;

If any winner does not respond within 3 working days, the prize will automatically be transferred to the runner-up.

10. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZERS
The Organizers are responsible especially for the following tasks:

• Database management
• Notification of winners
• Communication with applicants
• Verification of winners’ data and eligibility for prizes
• Providing online customer service related to the drawing competition

11. EXCLUSION
The Organizer automatically excludes applicants who provide false data from the Drawing Competition.

Persons directly or indirectly involved in the organization or execution of the Drawing Competition, including the Organizer, Data Processors, cooperating economic organizations, agencies, their owners, executives, employees, or those in other employment relationships with them, and their relatives as defined in Section 8:1 (1) 2. of the Civil Code, are not entitled to participate in the Drawing Competition.

Any applicant who does not submit their own creation or who submits their entry in electronic form will be excluded from the Competition.

12. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any deficiencies/errors/inaccuracies in the registration data attributable to the Applicant (e.g., misspelling of names, incorrect address, incorrect or false data, etc.).

The Organizer does not assume quality liability regarding the prizes; the winning Applicant may enforce such claims within the legal framework against the manufacturer or distributor of the prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to change these Drawing Competition Rules during the competition (with at least 24 hours’ prior notice before the change).

These Drawing Competition Rules shall be interpreted and applied together with the Organizer’s Data Protection Policy related to the Competition.

The Organizer records that they are not able to accept any advertising related to the prizes.

By participating, the Applicant agrees that the Organizers may hand over the prize publicly and may publish or present the winner’s name, and if applicable, their photo and other media content related to the prize.

These Drawing Competition Rules are governed by Hungarian law, and any disputes arising from participation in the Competition shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts. The Organizers reserve the right to change the Competition Rules at any time with appropriate notification to participants.
