Refund Policy

YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase after placing the order but before delivery. In this case, the customer has no payment obligation due to the withdrawal. You can notify the cancellation by email, phone, in writing, or in person.

The customer may withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 days following the receipt of the goods, according to Government Decree 17/1999. (ii.5.) Sections 4 and 5 on contracts concluded at a distance.

The customer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal before using the goods! The returned goods must not be damaged or used, except for the generally acceptable minimum necessary use, such as trying on and inspecting the product. The returned product must include the paper hang tag on the product and the original packaging.
If the returned goods are damaged, incomplete, used, dirty, or hairy, Brizlo may refuse the refund and offer to return the product at the sender’s expense.

Always include the original invoice with the product.

The customer bears the costs related to the return of the goods due to exercising the right of withdrawal; we cannot accept cash on delivery packages!

In case of a refund request, the purchase price will only be reimbursed by bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the customer or to the account from which the card payment was made. Please provide the bank account number and the name associated with the account in the Order request comments. For foreign orders, please also provide the bank name, IBAN, and SWIFT code.

In case of customer withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

THE RETURN PROCESS

You can report and track the product return process online. Using the email address used during the order, after logging in, you can access it by clicking on the appropriate order on the ORDERS page under the My Account menu.

If you are within the return period, you can SELECT the product(s) you want to return on the left side of the ordered product(s) table.
If necessary, do not forget to provide your bank details in the text box below the table. You will start the process by clicking the Return Request button.

Preparing a return package

  1. Put the product back into the original packaging inside the parcel. (If the original packaging is damaged, torn, or already discarded, please use another bag or packaging material, ensuring it is carefully packed and sealed).
  2. It is important to include the original invoice in the package.
    The invoice was sent to you as an email attachment, but if you ordered as a registered customer, you can also find it in your account under the order details.
  3. Seal the package.
  4. Please print and affix the PRE-FILLED RETURN LABEL to the package you wish to return.

 

You can find the PRE-FILLED RETURN LABEL on the aforementioned page under the Download Return Label button. Print it and stick it on the box.

 

We are unable to accept packages sent in any other way than described above.

Package arrival

Within 1-3 business days from receipt, we will check the condition of the returned product(s) and notify you by email. The purchase price will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days, to the specified bank account or to the account from which the card payment was made.
