The products ordered are always delivered by our contracted courier services. Please provide a delivery address where the package can be successfully delivered between 8 and 17 hours. We also recommend giving you a phone number where you are available during the day.

The arrival of the package and the details of delivery will always be provided by our courier services in e-mail or text form before delivery.

Service shall take place within 3 to 7 working days of the order.

UPS if the delivery of the consignment fails for the first time, the courier service shall make a second free delivery attempt. The second delivery shall take place on the fifth working day following the first attempt to deliver. No third attempt is possible, after failure of second delivery, the package will be returned automatically by courier service to the sender.

Hungarian Post Zrt if the delivery of the consignment fails for the first time, the courier service shall make a second free delivery attempt. The second delivery shall take place on the fifth working day following the first attempt to deliver. No third attempt is possible, after failure of the second delivery, the package will be delivered automatically by courier service to a nearby post where the package can be delivered for another 5 working days. The package will then be returned to the consignor.
